Q : May I know the available packages along with their pricing ?
A : Since each wedding is different & unique in its own style all our packages are custom-built based on the requirements, time and effort involved. Q : What kind of equipment do you use ?
A : Usually most of the clients often ask this query. Before we answer your query, we do have a question for you. Have you ever tried to ask a good painter, which brush does he uses to make those beautiful paintings? It’s exactly the same for us, it’s not the camera that creates the magic but the person behind it! a camera is just a tool for us to capture the moments.
But still, we answer your query, We use high-end professional equipment i.e. Canon 1DX Mark II, Canon 5D Mark III, 85mm f/1.2, 24-105mm f/4 IS, 50mm f/1.8, 50mm f/1.4, 70-200mm f/2.8 IS II, Elinchrom Off Camera lights, Godox AD 600 Pro, AD 400 Pro, AD 200, V860II, Manfrotto Monopod, Etc.
Q : How far in advance clients need to book your services ?
A : There is no time limit to book us for your wedding/event. We generally accept bookings on first come, first serve basis. what it means is, you need to be early enough to book us than someone else. However, if we are available on the dates you request, we happily accept your bookings.
Q : Do clients need to pay advance on confirmation of an assignment ? If yes, How much is the advance payment ?
A : Once the quote has been finalized, You need to pay 30% of the total finalized amount as an advance payment to block your event dates in our calender. We don’t confirm bookings on verbal confirmations.
Q : How many people you have as part of your team and how many will be shooting the event/wedding ?
A : We are 4 members working as a team where 2 are photographers and 2 are cinematographers. The size of the team to shoot your event is completely depends on your requirement, size and scale of your event. We also hire professional individuals for photography and cinematography if extra team needed. We always recommend at least two photographers and as well as two cinematographers for the creative output.
Q : How long will it take for you to deliver the final photos/photo albums of the event/wedding ?
A : Within 7 days after the event we will deliver you the low resolution pictures for selection purpose. After the selection it may take up to 30-45 days to get the final output (i.e. Designed Photos/Photo books). And for films it may take up to 45-60 Days. “We are late because we come up with Quality”.
Q : Who owns the Copyright of the images/media you create ?
A : As per the copyright laws, Photographer owns the artistic copyright of all the photos or cinematic films he created. Clients owns the full usage rights to their photos/films for non-commercial use like for Photo Albums, taking prints, sharing them online, with friends & relatives, etc. The only thing is you cannot use them commercially like reselling them.
Q : Do you reserve the right to publish the photos on Facebook and on your Website ?
A : Yes we do. We love to share some of your photos/films on our website and also on our social media handles as our portfolio. so that many others may get inspired by our work, In fact this might be the main reason of you being here. Q : How about Photo books/Photo Albums and coffee table books ? Do you provide them ?
A : Yes we do provide premium photo books/albums and coffee table books. Cost of the Photo book/album will depend on quality of paper, number of sheets & type of cover. All our Photo books get printed at the Leading Printers of India Canvera & Mazda.
Q : What kind of payment modes do you accept ?
A : We accept Cash, Cheque and Direct Bank Transfer (via NEFT / RTGS). We also accept Credit/Debit cards via Razorpay, PayTM (Payment Amount + 2.5% extra transaction fee).
